A clean and smooth workshop is necessary for all kinds of parts, as you know the strict requested for all kinds of our products during production, the management system for all kinds of parts during production is strict also, we help you custom chip, module, small signal or other parts, we do have our standard products that you can choose from.

  • Ventilation system

    Our advanced ventilation system, with dense vents in the floor and ceiling, gently circulates clean air. This system also removes dust and purifies the air, ensuring that our factory produces products like 0.12 bridge rectifiers, 1 amp Schottky diodes, and 1000A MOSFETs without contamination or other particulate matter. Each of our workshops is equipped with a comprehensive ventilation system to ensure high-quality production.
  • Temperature control system

    Our production environment requires a constant temperature and humidity to ensure the stability and quality of products like 1-phase bridge rectifiers, 0.5V Zener diodes, and 3.3kV IGBTs. Our sensing system automatically detects humidity and temperature, adjusting them accordingly to control the entire production workshop environment. This system is integrated with the ventilation system to better regulate the internal temperature.

  • Dust-free control

    The production process of products like 1-phase full-wave rectifiers, 1000V n-channel MOSFETs, and 15-watt laser modules generates static electricity, which can easily contaminate the products and affect their accuracy and performance. To better maintain a dust-free environment during production, we’ve incorporated filtration into the ventilation system to purify the air. We also ensure a dust-free and pollution-free environment for all workers.

  • Access control

    We have a rigorous access control system and strict entry and exit disinfection procedures. All personnel entering the workshop must obtain authorization and permission before entering. Upon entering, they must undergo full body disinfection and wear work clothes, masks, and gloves. Non-staff members must be accompanied by workshop staff when entering workshops dedicated to products like 12V transistor amplifier circuits, single-phase rectifiers, and 100V transistors.

  • Wafer production equipment

    We have the world’s most advanced wafer production equipment, capable of producing wafers up to 6 inches, though 4 inches is our most common product. The silicon carbide rods used to make these wafers are also produced in-house. We possess highly comprehensive and advanced sintering equipment, capable of sintering high-quality silicon nitride rods to support the production of products such as 1550 nm laser modules, 1W laser modules, and 1V Zener diodes.

  • Chip production line

    Chips are essential components for the manufacture of other products, such as 1A bridge rectifiers, 1W laser modules, and 1700V IGBTs. We possess a complete chip production line, including photolithography machines, etching machines, diffusion systems, cleaning equipment, inspection equipment, and dicing equipment. With over 100 units of chip production equipment, we can meet the diverse requirements of diverse customers, including custom products.

  • Packaging production line

    A comprehensive packaging production line is essential for the production of products such as 1000A IGBTs and 13003 transistor charger circuits. Most of our packaging systems are completed by fully automatic machines, including post-process inspection and transportation, which are all completed by fully automatic robots. Of course, some work still requires the intervention of specialized technicians to supervise production and completion, which greatly improves the product qualification rate and work efficiency.

  • Dedicated production area

    Whether analog devices, DC-DC converters, 100V PNP transistors, 3-level IGBTs, or other products, they are all produced in separate workshops and production lines. Each product utilizes unique machinery and equipment, with dedicated personnel responsible for production and inspection in each workshop.

  • Independent management and control

    Different workshops are managed and produced by different workers and technical staff. Therefore, access to the entire production line within each workshop is not intertwined. This means that a worker producing a 0.7V Zener diode cannot access a workshop producing a 3-phase IGBT module. Within each workshop, the production of different products is managed and supervised by different personnel.

  • Dedicated personnel

    Not only are different products responsible for different individuals, but different workshops also have different responsible personnel. This means that our products are traceable and accountable to individuals. As these products are specialized, our personnel also become increasingly specialized. Whether it’s a 100W transistor or a Coolsic Infineon, you can expect consistent quality assurance.

  • Uniform rules

    Although each workshop operates relatively independently, they adhere to unified rules and regulations. Moreover, the products produced by our different workshops are interconnected and supply each other. Whether it is a 12v transistor switch circuit or a 10 amp bridge rectifier, they need to be produced uniformly according to company regulations and assist each other.
